Resource bundles and value creation: An analytical framework

• Resources are bundled and need to be analyzed accordingly. Rareness inimitability matter for competitive advantage, not value creation. valuable when they match with enhance other resources. All organizations intend create some form of value. Yet, the most influential analytical frameworks focusing on resources emphasize which is a concern only organizations. This study proposes novel framework Moreover, returns emphasis nature stressed in earlier strategy theory. The concepts resource interfaces, imprints cogency effects, combined (i) highlight interdependent (ii) reinterpret classical rareness (iii) redefine meaning strategic resource. With help longitudinal case study, scope creation broadened by reconsidering ‘best resource’ ‘weakest link’; being ‘better with…’ rather than than….’.
